A workshop with Sundaram is a very special highlight. Devotional singing of the Mantras accompany you to a deeper experience in the Asanas. Feel the music with your whole body!
Sunderam devotes himself to the various aspects of the Yoga positions with enthusiasm. Move together with the sound vibrations, breathe and express your inner harmony! It will be three hours of intensive music experience. The clear beauty of the Mantras ensure deep relaxation and effortless retention of the Asanas. The affirmations increase the effect of the Asanas on the mental and physical levels. Flowing, perceptible, alive and natural. A workshop in meditation. A delightful workshop!

Course of practice

Initial relaxation,
Breathing exercises: Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma
Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Shirshasana (head stand) or Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog),
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), Halasana (plough), Matsyasana (fish), Paschimottanasana (forward bend), Bhujangasana (cobra),
Danurasana (bow), Ardha Matsyendrasana (spinal twist),
Shavasana (final relaxation),
Guided meditation.

Mantras together with an explanation of their meaning accompany the practice. In this way you can experience support, lightness and devotion during the Asanas.
Body, mind and soul can experience harmony while all levels of existence are affected.
Singing is the language of the heart and can dispel disharmonies in moments..

The aim is not to execute the Asanas perfectly, but to bring the awareness within, let go and be carried by the music.
